The computer does not have enough power or memory to keep up a fast framerate for the camera, so the images may appear delayed or choppy.
If you are using a laptop, this problem may be remedied by running the computer off of AC power rather than the battery.
Try closing any programs that are open except for RoboLab to free up the CPU and system memory so that the camera may use these resources (check system resource usage).
If your hard drive is very close to being full (< 5% free space), there might not be enough virtual memory left. Delete or transfer files to another device (ex: CD, DVD, USB flash drive, external hard drive) to free this memory so that the camera can operate more optimally.
There may not be enough RAM, meaning there is less of a memory buffer for the camera to operate on, slowing the framerate. Install more RAM or close any programs that may be operating and using RAM other than RoboLab (check system resource usage).
